  • You should plan to bring your own towel and water bottles to training sessions. All other equipment will be provided. For outdoor bootcamps, you may also want to bring a mat.

  • There is no contract for our True Action Training program. Your monthly plan will renew automatically and the card on file charged on your renew date. You can cancel anytime. An email reminder will be sent 5 days before renewal for your convenience.

  • Yes! Reservations are required to attend all sessions on the schedule. You may register for your preferred training session on Zen Planner. Please contact us at admin@trueactionfit.com if you need assistance.

  • A $5.00 fee will be charged for reservations not attended. We are happy to assist in removing a reservation if you would kindly give us 24 hours notice. Please contact us via email at admin@trueactionfit.com if you need help.

  • The Everyday Action Lift memberships include access to all outdoor bootcamps sessions. Drop ins are always welcome.

  • Training sessions will begin on time and end on time. If you are late to your reserved session, at the discretion of the trainer, you will be able to complete as much of the workout as the training session following completing the proper warm up if time allows. Our program requires a proper warmup which means arriving 15 minutes prior to your session to warm up is required.

  • You can log into your Zen Planner account via the web or if you’ve downloaded the Zen Planner Member App, you can easily reserve your sessions there. Reservations should be done 24 hours in advance. If you need assistance within this window, please email admin@trueactionfit.com for assistance.
